Store & Warehouse Pickup
Bought it at Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, P.C. Richard & Son or a local appliance dealer, but their delivery calendar is two weeks out? Give us the order number and pickup location, and we collect it from the store or warehouse and deliver the same day. We also pick up from distribution warehouses in Secaucus, Maspeth, Long Island City and Elizabeth. Installation & Hookups
Our service covers delivery and placement: the unit arrives undamaged, in the right room, ready to connect. Gas, water and electrical hookups are a separate trade. In New York City, gas connections must be made by a licensed plumber, and water-line and hardwired electrical connections should also go to a licensed pro. Most buyers have the retailer's installer, their building's super or their own plumber meet the delivery. We time the drop so your installer can go straight to work.
Old Appliance Haul-Away
Replacing a unit? Ask for appliance haul-away when you book, and we take the old one out on the same trip, so it doesn't sit in your hallway or on the curb. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units contain refrigerant that has to be recovered before disposal, so they go where that can be done properly. For returns or wrong-model swaps, see reverse logistics.

Yes. Send the order number and pickup location. Same-day delivery depends on when the store releases the unit.
Do you carry appliances up stairs?
Yes. Walk-ups are routine. Tell us the floor so we send a two-person crew with an appliance dolly.
Do you install appliances?
We deliver and place the unit. Gas, water and electrical hookups should be done by a licensed installer or plumber, and in NYC gas connections require a licensed plumber.
Will you take my old appliance?
Yes, if you request haul-away when you book. The old unit leaves on the same trip.
Can a refrigerator be transported on its side?
We transport refrigerators upright to protect the compressor and cooling system. If a fridge has been tilted, check the manufacturer's guidance on how long to wait before plugging it in.
