Company Overview

Xentra Transport – Same Day Delivery is a courier and delivery service specializing in same-day, rush, and scheduled deliveries across New York City, New Jersey, and surrounding regions.

We proudly serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, and the broader NYC metropolitan area, providing professional delivery solutions for businesses and individuals.

Service Agreement

By booking a delivery with Xentra Transport, you confirm agreement to these terms and conditions. All delivery services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Same-day and rush deliveries are handled with urgency. While we strive to meet deadlines, arrival times are not guaranteed to a specific minute.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services based on operational, legal, or safety considerations.

Booking & Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before dispatch unless there is a prior written business agreement with Xentra Transport. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH.

Pricing is determined based on distance, delivery time, vehicle type, and urgency. Additional charges may apply for wait times, address changes, after-hours service, or heavy/oversized items.

All charges are due as invoiced. Late or failed payments may result in cancellation or suspension of service.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled before driver dispatch may be eligible for a refund. No refunds are provided once a driver is en route.

Partial refunds may be issued at company discretion. Failed delivery attempts and undeliverable items may result in full or partial charges.

No Guaranteed Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, building access, security procedures, or third-party delays may impact timing. Xentra Transport is not liable for delays outside of its direct control.

No Consequential Damages

Xentra Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed deadlines, or business interruption.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, controlled substances, or any items prohibited by law.

Customers are responsible for verifying the legality and transport eligibility of items sent. All items must be safely and securely packaged by the sender.

Xentra Transport reserves the right to refuse delivery of any item deemed unsafe or unlawful.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information and ensure all packages are properly labeled and secured for transport.

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any fragile, high-value, or time-sensitive items and ensure an available recipient at the delivery address.

Liability & Claims

Xentra Transport assumes limited liability for loss or damage. Maximum liability is capped at the declared value or at company discretion if no value is declared.

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. No liability is accepted for delays due to weather, traffic, or factors beyond our control.

No claims will be processed for items improperly packed or for prohibited goods.

Wait Time & Access Delays

Wait time may be charged if a driver is delayed due to building access restrictions, loading dock scheduling, security clearance, recipient unavailability, incorrect address information, or customer-requested delays.

Wait time is billed in increments as outlined in the quoted service rate.

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery is provided by photo, recipient signature, or GPS confirmation. Delivery confirmation is considered final and complete.

If recipient is unavailable, deliveries may be left at location at customer’s risk, with proof recorded as above.

Force Majeure

Xentra Transport is not liable for delay or non-performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government action, weather conditions, traffic, or system outages.

No claims or refunds will be accepted in such events.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Proof of delivery, GPS confirmation, and service logs constitute completion of service.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

Modifications to Terms

Xentra Transport reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery Attempts

Address changes after dispatch may result in additional charges.
Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or refusal may be billed in full or in part at Xentra Transport’s discretion.

Third Party Carriers

Xentra Transport may utilize third-party drivers or subcontracted carriers. All services remain subject to these terms.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any legal claims or disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.
