FAQ
I live in London. Can you collect something from a store in New York and ship it to me? Yes. You arrange payment with the seller directly (wire, card-on-file, account). You give the seller our company name. We collect and deliver to whichever international shipper you've chosen. We don't hold customer funds or pay sellers on your behalf — we handle the New York leg only.
Can you handle items from Sotheby's, Christie's, or a private dealer? Yes, with chain of custody, signature-on-pickup, signature-on-drop, and direct handoff to your fine-art shipper. See white glove delivery.
My principal is flying into Teterboro at 06:00. Can items be at the FBO before wheels-up? Yes. We dispatch 24/7. Provide the FBO name, the tail number or operator, the pickup origin in the city, and the cutoff. We work backward from the cutoff.
Can you wait at a boutique while alterations are completed? Yes — waiting time is billable per quarter hour and quoted on request.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance? Yes. COIs issued to buildings, law firms, fine-art shippers, airline cargo facilities, FBOs, or any party that requires one. See the COI guide.
How do I pay if I don't have a US bank account? Card payment from anywhere in the world. We send a secure payment link or invoice. For recurring clients, we keep a card on file and invoice monthly.
Can you handle wine and spirits? We can move wine and spirits within New York to a shipper. Whether they can clear customs at your destination depends on that country's regulations and your shipper's documentation. We don't fly or ship alcohol internationally ourselves.
Are you discreet? Yes. Drivers don't discuss clients. Items are unmarked unless you instruct otherwise. No social media posts of pickups or deliveries. NDAs available for clients who require them.
Can you set up recurring service while I'm posted abroad for an extended period? Yes — open a client account. Locked pricing, dedicated dispatch, the same driver on recurring routes, and monthly invoicing. See scheduled messenger and recurring delivery.
My country isn't on your list. Will you still help? Yes. The list above is representative, not exhaustive. If there's an international shipper in New York that goes where you live, we deliver to them.
What about insurance on the items themselves? We carry cargo insurance. For very high values, we recommend declaring with us in advance and confirming additional coverage with your international shipper. File claims via claims and feedback.
