When you hire a BBB-accredited courier, you have recourse. If something goes wrong — a delivery issue, a billing question, a service concern — the BBB provides a dispute resolution process. That accountability is built into our accreditation. Most gig delivery apps offer no such protection. Most unaccredited courier services offer no third-party accountability.
